Delete previous occurrences when checklists don't contain any

When a checklist dataset contains occurrences, we index them. When in subsequent crawls the checklist has removed occurrences, only the checklist indexing will be started and previous occurrences will still remain in the index.

Make sure to delete all occurrence data in such cases!
