Remove disclaimer about camtrap dp not supported by the IPT #47

Feedback for: https://docs.gbif.org/camera-trap-guide/en/#section-camtrap-dp
The note states:
At the time of writing, GBIF does not yet support the publication of Camtrap DP in their production environment. It will be released as a feature in version 3 of the Integrated Publishing Toolkit (IPT).
The current, stable release is version 3.1.4 and the note can be removed.
