Would it be possible to align them? I must admit I do not understand the differences between preparedFrom, derivedFrom and extractedFrom well enough to suggest a mapping. But perhaps one of them could be changed to MATERIAL SAMPLE OF?
I tried to guess what each of the relationship types meant, but ran into this issue: #97
