Remove the auth.clear and auth.refresh mcp tools

Now that we have a reliable refresh mechanism in the cloud function these tools are no longer needed.

My 2 cents: I use both personal and business accounts on some projects that use this extension. I find these tools useful for switching between accounts.

ok, thanks for the feedback. I'll leave them in for now, but may collapse into one auth manager tool in the future.
