Moving issues between columns with high amounts of issues causes hanging in Chrome

Description

On Chrome (Tested on Version 138.0.7204.168 (Official Build) (64-bit), Linux)

1. Have a repository project with one columns that has a high amount of issues (e.g. 1000)
2. Move an issue into that column while they high amount of them are being displayed (show closed)
3. Observe the page hanging for about 10-20 seconds.

This issue doesn't seem occur on Firefox.

We have tested this on the following https://projects.staging.blender.org/blender/blender/projects/6 since the Gitea Demo is down.

Gitea Version

1.24.3 built with GNU Make 4.4.1, go1.24.5 : bindata, timetzdata, sqlite, sqlite_unlock_notify

Can you reproduce the bug on the Gitea demo site?

No (Because Gitea Demo site is down), but I can reproduce on https://projects.staging.blender.org/blender/blender/projects/6
