Feature Description

Currently, Gitea allow to archive repositories but not a whole organization like GitHub.
It could be great to add an option for that.

When an organization is archived, all of its repositories are shown as archived.
When an organisation is unarchived, all of its repos except manually archived ones are unarchived.
