Add cloud functions to send welcome and invite emails #46
Description
The spoogler-flow branch has introduced queries that add users to the right collection in Firestore, depending on if they have been invited by their googler or they have requested their googler's approval. The googler's invites are now automatically added to the database, but no emails are sent to notify the invitee.
