Scrolling through https://got.show/characters/?search=&page=3&sort=pageRank&order=-1 has the image of Missandei having a tombstone with DEAD upon it.
She's not. The data page for her says zero chance of death.

The tombstone showing DEAD for a lack-of-data situation seems strange.
