The old repo has moved to gorm.io/gorm 4 years ago and we have not updated since due to renovate not tracking repository moves.

Describe the solution you'd like

Migrate code to new import path and bump version.

Additional context

In the future explore "github.com/glebarez/sqlite" to make builds easier with tradeoff being one more middleman on the supply chain, but we will stay with the C compiled sqlite for now.
