Custom links in Trace view

In the trace view, when clicking on a span I get Data links called View Trace and View logs that point me to an explore page.

How can I customize these data links?
I would like these links to bring me to a different dashboard instead.

Also it seems like the data links are only enabled on the traceId column, not the spanId column. Is there a way for me to customize the links for a given column?
