Track v2 'headline features'

I was trying to articulate benefits to going with v2 vs v1 in gui-cs/TerminalGuiDesigner#308 (comment)

I realised it would be useful to compile all the great new features we have implemented in v2. Focusing on the 'user facing' ones more than the purely technical/maintainability work.

Recent ones that came to mind at 1am were

• More flexible table view
• Sixel image support
• Engine logging and performance metrics
• Color gradients
• 'Drop shadow' borders
• Draggable and Resizeable windows

Sizable/ movable views
Consistent tabbing behavior
AOT /single file app support
