Clarify notification to use when setting parameters

In examples/drivers/basicZWaveTool.groovy it is unclear if the user should set parameter value in decimal och hexadecimal notation. This could be clarified in any or both of the following ways:

1. On line 17, change from "-set your paremeters" to "-set your parameters (in decimal notation)"
2. On line 37, change the description of the input field "value" from "Parameter Value" to "Parameter Value (in decimal notation)"
