Is it possible to use DX-Light LED strip? ( ambient light )

Hello,
i bought the following amibent light:

but i'am unable to use it, any help would be appreciated :)

i tried already using adalight with 115200, but nothing happening

Same, trying to figure out what generic controller it uses. What's good is you can remove the strips and connect it to an esp or another supported controller
