Release new librqbit version? #514

I'd like to release hightorrent_resolve v0.1.0, but i can't due to using the git version of librqbit.
Trying with librqbit v8.1.1 the tests fail because both instances try to use the same port 56596, which seems to be associated with upnp. That's also the case when enable_upnp_port_forwarding is set to false. I don't see where in the code this is hardcoded so it may be in a dependency.
Everything works on main (i just had the weird defaults in #507), so i thought i'd let you know the latest changes are appreciated, and when you're satisfied with them feel free to publish a new release :)
