Migrate from Animation component to Animator component.

Animation component has been deprecated a long time ago.

Detect when skeleton is updated by Animator, and right after that apply custom skeleton adjustments that are specific to current ped state. This will also fix the bug that sometimes ped can not be hit by a bullet even though the crosshair is clearly aiming at him (maybe also partially fixes #48).
