Feature description

We get a feature request for the tm_missing_data module. The expectancy is to get the missing data structure with clear separation for each patient. I think the sort should be optional. For more information please contact with Vincent Wolowski.

I programmed the plot I needed, it looks like this:

The cell content could be annotated with percent missing value if multiple measures per patient for the same type occur over time.
Such visualization is very helpful to see it for which patient missingness happens.
