navigation arrows for testimonials and sponsors

there should be navigation arrows for the desktop version on the testimonial section and the sponsor. As we have to wait for the card until it comes again so it doesn't come handy and wastes time too . By navigation arrows applying to it it will become more handy and much more good.

@mlodic i think there is some problem with the merging of this navigation arrow code the pr is been merged but the changes are not updated in the original code. so i have again send the PR to resolve this issue. please check it and accept the PR.
the issue which was previously merged was issue #30
