Child build orders creation inconsistent

I've seen #10593 but still I'm confused on how the new system works.

I created a parent build order for 1x assembly. After issuing said BO, it automatically created the child build orders. And also works for the sub child BO. As expected from the documentation.

But then I've created a new separated parent BO for the same assembly because of another sales order. Issued the parent BO, but this time no child BO were created.

Is this a bug or some logic that I don't get?

So it looks like that if a child order already is created from parent A that is also used for parent B. There's not a child BO created from parent B.

Edit: How can we make it function like the previous version where it just creates all the child BO without checking if they already exist ?

Either we could add a configurable setting to use that behavior, or implement a custom plugin of your own which does that

Personally I think the setting would be great. It was an intuitive workflow and now that there's no more a similar quick alternative it made it slower especially a complex build with multiple sub builds
