No really an issue - how to use in jRiver

I couldn't find a email address for you, so I am using the issues form.
I would like to use the iptv links in jRiver. However I am getting an error message from jRiver on them. Do you have any experience how i might do this?

Could not connect to jRiver web site ! So don't know this software media center.

Finally access to web site and could not find a way to add stream to jriver media center from the documentation of wiki.jriver.com but you can add vlc media player as third party player in jriver could read the stream file or stream address.
