I would like to report an issue I encountered while using Cyberduck with the WebDAV protocol.
■ Issue Description
I attempted to connect to Pikpak using WebDAV in Cyberduck, but the connection fails with the following error message:
Compatibility failure
Unexpected response (400 Bad Request).
Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
■ Additional Information
While searching for similar cases, I found a related GitHub discussion with the same symptoms:
(Reported on July 23, 2024, and as of November 2025, it still appears unresolved.) #16167
■ Environment Details
Operating System: Windows 11 23H2 x64
Protocol: WebDAV (HTTP)
Cyberduck Version: 9.2.4 (43667)
Target Service: Pikpak WebDAV
■ Attachments
cyberduck.log
I have included the log file to help with the investigation.
