Similar to #17674. Can you verify Mountain Duck.app is located in your Applications folder and see if the problem persists after stopping fileproviderd from Activity Monitor.app or restarting your computer.

Yes and yes, but I just uninstalled Mountain Duck and moved on to just using rclone. Good luck with everyone else!
