Fresh server hosting "All of Fabric 6" does not start with error "Failed to load datapacks"

Hello. I am trying to run this modpack server in docker, in TrueNAS, with this configuration (TrueNAS has gui configurator, but this is equvalent):

The server does start, files are created, but after a few seconds it fails with the following message:

After reading this other issue: #1891 I tried starting older modpack versions with CF_FILE_ID=4325308 (v1.2.2) and CF_FILE_ID=4338947 (v1.3.0) and it fails in the same way.

The thing is, in this other issue: #1891 in the last comment #1891 (comment) person named @Ogloppi says that it works for them. I tried their steps, using the same CF_FILE_ID=4325308 or CF_FILE_ID=4325308 and i get the above mentioned problem.

So I think that maybe something changed that broke it?
