I think I got it to work now. What did I do to fix it?

  1. I told you that Skyfactory 2.4.1 doesn't work. I believe the reason is that when I run it locally with ATLauncher, it was through Java 11 or 17 which is probably not supported which is why it's probably giving a lot of errors. Tl;dr, it needs Java8 but I don't have it on my local machine.
  2. Because I thought the server installation is broken, I copied and pasted the client instance of Skyfactory into /data/ thinking that they are more or less the same but it wasn't until I discovered that I noticed that there are slight file adjustments.
  3. This is my docker-compose.yml environment settings and yes it seems that universal.jar works
