[Suggestion] Config to default to locked drawers #1277
Description
I know I can offhand the Configuration Tool to place down drawers that are already locked and that's great when I'm placing down a bunch at once, but it'd be nice to not have to get the tool out for every drawer I put down when I'm putting down one or two at a time.
