Popup position ajustment

If jBar button is placed on the right of the screen and there is now enough space between jBar’s button and right edge of your browser, then the jBar’s popup will go out of GUI’s container or stretch it (depends on your layout).

The solution might be - just to show the popup aligned conditionally to a left or to a right edge of button (currently it is fixed to a left edge).

Support for right-alignment along with viewport overlap detection is something I'd like to add. I'm not sure when I'll get to it though.

I've forked a quick fix to force align to the right of the last button submenu.
