IE7-8 mouseleave hides submenu

Hi Javan,
I'm running into a problem with IE7 and possibly IE8.
If Jbar is inside a tight zone and has elements right underneath it, ie without the padding in your demo site then as soon as you live the

that triggered the submenu jbar closes the submenu.
If anything is "underneath" the submenu IE7 will close the submenu as soon as your mouse is outside the trigger

If you change the padding at the bottom of your demo site you can see for yourself if you have ie7.
It seems very difficult to keep the

submenu above anything in IE7(8).

Do you have any idea/clue...
