Bug: Menu bar does not scale with (mobile) browsers

When accessing with a mobile browser, most of the interface scales properly. However, the top bar seems to be too wide. This results in other features using this full width including top bar. E.g., the barcode scanner, which is extremely useful on mobile and well-implemented (only one I found that actually works on mobile on first try!).
Tested in Firefox Android, Chrome on Android
