Bug in ghost image while using in shadcn-svelte <Dialog>

I put a Sortable list inside of a Shadcn Dialog and when I grab an element and start dragging, the ghost image gets pulled from the main page's content below the dialog instead of the item that I grabbed. I'm using Safari 18.3.

I've made changes to account for this. I haven't had time yet to test in multiple browsers or put it into a proper PR, but here's a gist in case anyone else wants the same functionality...
