Missing Script in MR and Assertion Error in CT

Your script is really helpful, there are two slight problems

1. The Script is not generating the label image for MRI T1 Dual as some script is missing
2. there is a slight problem with the CT data when we execute the code Images (1,2,5,6,8,10,14,16,18,19) are converted successfully but for other images (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30) the code gives error at Assertion, if assertion is removed images are generated but have no information.
   AssertionError: Assuming one series id
