When setting up velocitycontrol and using staff++ plugin, staff messages sent via "/sc" channel are duplicated and shown twice to the sender and the reader.

Please can you look at this as I can't progress to multi server setup with this annoying problem.

Steps to reproduce

setup velocity control
setup staff++ ,with or without the network addon
use "/sc" in game to enter staff chat channel
messages are duplicated
