regression: Re-instate default sort of most failed jobs #25

With #16 IIRC we've lost the table sorting by most failed jobs (or worst weather possibly) by default, which is really helpful for identifying jobs that need attention. If we could get that back and save me a click each time, that would be great. Thanks!
