Better labeling for copied apps/jobs

If a user copies a narrative with an app in it, and shares that narrative, then other users can't see the job status, and won't receive job updates. Jobs are tied to the workspace that they're linked to, and copies don't carry a chain of permissions.

This is mitigated by (1) fixing #1638 , and (2) having better text and a big notice that says that the app cell is only semi-functional.
