Support Pacman --force

I'd like to be able to pass --force to packer and have it pass that along to Pacman.

For example, the android-sdk AUR package downloads files that can also be downloaded through the android-sdk application, and I get a file conflict if I try to update the package using packer. It'd be nice to just pass --force since I know the file changes are going to be ok.
