Add save hf weights

Could you consider adding a feature to save Keras's weights as HF's weights? If so, I'd be happy to add this feature.

This is underway actually in #2290

Though once we do it for one model we will need to replicate for all other applicable models, so this would be a great spot to contribute once this initial PR is in.
