Unify Docker container images for kernel build environment #2848
Description
Both KernelCI and TuxMake projects maintain a set of Docker container images designed to provide a build environment for Linux kernel. This may lead to duplicated efforts.
- Check currently provided images by both projects (compare lists)
- Verify build environment requirements
- Check and compare build processes
- Attempt reusing images provided by one project in the other (if compatible)
