More examples needed

TMB examples are the simplest place to start since no recoding of the objective function is necessary - just need to convert data from R to numpy.

Stan examples are incredibly comprehensive, but again have R data.

@aflaxman's PyMC examples have a lot of data already in numpy arrays and may be low-hanging fruit.
