CUDA 13.0 Support

I attempted to deploy GLIM on NVIDIA Thor, but was unable to build it because Thor only supports CUDA 13+.

It would be very beneficial if the author could add support for CUDA 13.

There is no alternative because, according to NVIDIA's official specifications, Thor only supports CUDA 13 and above.

Thanks for your reply! Yeah, I find it only supports AMD64 CPU. But you know Jetson series including ORIN and THOR only have ARM64 CPU.

But may be it is only there is no prebuilt image for theese ARM. But you should be able to step by step create a container, install dpendencies & GLIM. To my knowedge Docker runs on ARM regardless.

Thank you! I'll give it a try. May I ask if you are the author, or if you know how to contact them? I'm interested in purchasing GLIL, but I haven't received a reply from the creator for several months. 😭😭😭

I'm planning to add CUDA13 support, but I cannot allocate enough time to work on it for now. I hope I can do it in the year-end holiday.
