Request for an IMU-rate odometry output option #277

Hi maintainers,
Could you please add a version (or a runtime flag) that publishes the odometry at IMU frequency instead of at LiDAR frame rate?
I am currently testing with Navigation2 using a MID360 LiDAR. Even when the odometry is published only at LiDAR frequency the results are already very good, but I would like to migrate the whole stack to a drone platform where the flight controller needs state
