Add "latest" link in Kubernetes API docs

What would you like to be added?

Hello!

It would be nice if: https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/generated/kubernetes-api/latest/
... would redirect to the latest version, as of present time: https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/generated/kubernetes-api/v1.33/

A good example is how OpenStack documentation works. The following link: https://docs.openstack.org/latest/
... redirects to the latest version as of today: https://docs.openstack.org/2025.2/

Why is this needed?

This would be useful in generic references where we don't want to pinpoint a specific version in the provided link, like bookmarks or documents.
