Move Operator CRD version from alpha to beta

Description

The Operator is still under "v1alpha1". It should be moved to "v1beta1". It is now stable enough and the concept has proven to work as intended. Fundamental changes are not expected.

Possible solution

Kubero-UI version should be set from "latest" to "v2.4" to make sure it matches the operator features.
