Cloudformation rolls back due to ASG failing to launch T2 EC2 #7

T2 EC2 requires to be launched under a VPC.
Otherwise it Autoscaling fails to launch EC2 and complains as
The specified instance type can only be used in a VPC. A subnet ID or network interface ID is required to carry out the request. Launching EC2 instance failed.
