KAthJax expressions in exercises do no load on ios/iphone/safari #5590

Summary
We have a report that an issue with relative paths for loading KAthJax in KA exercises is also occurring in KA Lite.

Older iOS. Should be replicated under Browserstack, using iPhone 6S

Try for example the 'add within 5' math exercise
