Facility > Classes - It's possible to have a user simultaneously as a coach and a learner #13847

Observed behavior
Noticed that previously at Facility > Classes we were not allowing to have a user simultaneously as a coach and a learner because if I had already enrolled a coach user in a class as a learner, then I couldn't assign the same coach as a coach user in the class. Now by using the options provided at the "Users" page it's possible to do so:
user.both.a.coach.and.a.learner.mp4

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Install the build from https://github.com/learningequality/kolibri/releases/tag/v0.19.0-beta1
- Go to Device > Classes and attempt to have a user of type super admin, admin or coach act as both a learner and a coach user.
- Go to the user's table and attempt to do the same and observe that now the user is added both as a coach and a learner.
