Typo in NVME_SANITIZE_SSTAT_STATUS_IN_PROGESS

I assume this should be IN_PROGRESS. Not a critical issue of course, but if you plan some API changes in the near future, it would be nice to fix this. (I noticed only because we happily copy-pasted the typo it to our code base without noticing sooner.)

For the 1.x version we need to keep the backwards compatiblity in place, for the 3.x branch we can fix it as it is not released yet thus no stable API (btw, the libnvme 3.x is in the nvme-cli project).
