OEM Install - First Boot - non user friendly messages.

On first boot, there is a part where the messages 'cleaning apt' and 'removing OEM configuration' come up.

This is not the direction for the end users that OEM installs are aimed at.

Suggest changing to 'getting things ready...' and 'just a moment....'
