Add collection of references that are available with Eutils #2
Description
In some cases, article information as accessed through EUtils has information on citations to the article (I think this happens in the case in which the article is open-access, and reference / citation data is available. Right now we don't collect this information.
As an extension, it would perhaps be nice to check through what is available through eutils in terms of citations / references, and add functionality to collect and do something with this information.
