When viewing the video remotely, the screen appears pixelated or distorted (commonly referred to as "花屏").

Go to the remote video streaming interface.
Start a video stream or connect to a remote video feed.
Observe the video playback on the remote device.
Notice the pixelation or distortion issue.
Expected behavior
The video should display clearly and without any pixelation or distortion when viewed remotely.
