Facing infinite loop issue - LlamaStack AsyncAgent Gets Stuck

Hi Team, I am facing " Issue: LlamaStack AsyncAgent Gets Stuck in Infinite Tool Calling Loop
Environment:
LlamaStack with WatsonX provider (Llama-3.3-70B-Instruct)
MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools integration
AsyncAgent with toolgroup registration
Problem:
The LlamaStack built-in agent repeatedly calls the same MCP tool (LIST_DOCUMENT_LIBRARY) 20+ times without generating a final response. The agent receives tool results but fails to synthesize them into an answer, hitting max iterations without completing the task.
Root Cause:
The agent's reasoning loop doesn't properly transition from tool execution to answer generation. After receiving tool responses, it loops back to calling the same tool instead of using the results to formulate a response." Could anyone please help me
