`HexVisualizer.dll` is not removed when Extension is uninstalled

When the extension is uninstalled, the %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Visual Studio 2022\Visualizers\HexVisualizer.dll file still remains.

I have found a similar issue discussed here: carl-quintero/VSX-Samples#7
The proposal is to use MSI.

The author says that there is a recommended way how to do it but doesn't specify it.
I think he means this: Create Visual Studio debugger visualizer
This approach uses a new API that is much more limited and doesn't work for the HexVisualizer extension use case.
