ImportXML with custom colouring by default #194

ImportXML is great! I recently wrote a python function to produce a KronaTools XML in which each taxa wedge can be coloured by its level of postmortem damage, which is a really important metric for authenticating ancient taxa when working with ancient metagenomic samples. I think it’s especially nice in a Krona plot format because you can see right away what your contaminants are. You can find the python function as part of an ancient metagenomics package here https://github.com/bdesanctis/bamdam/, including an example Krona plot which is coloured by damage. The only thing is, I can’t seem to figure out how to make damage the default colouring, which I would like to do. Is this possible?
